Shipping options may vary based on your delivery address and time of order. All orders in Greece are shipped with the ACS courier. We offer free shipping for orders over €60 within Greece. The estimated delivery period is 2 – 4 business days, depending on the delivery address. To locations considered remote and inaccessible, delivery may take an additional 1 or 2 days.
For orders up to €48, shipping costs €3.70 for each package weighing up to 4 kg, while for each package weighing more than 4 kg and up to 10 kg the cost is €8.50.
We also ship with the Hellenic Post to European countries.
The shipping cost is €16 up to 1 kg, €20 up to 1.5 kg and €25 up to 2 kg. We currently are not shipping to the UK, but we are working on it.
In order to complete shipping and delivery, you consent to the disclosure of your necessary information to the company mentioned above (name, address, telephone). Orders placed before 14:00 are processed the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 14:00 and during the weekend are processed on Monday.
If the first delivery attempt fails because nobody is present to receive it, you will find a note in your mailbox. The transport company will make 2 more delivery attempts the 3 following business days. After that, the parcel is automatically returned to us. When the product arrives back, we will contact you about the alternatives.
