Returns

You have 30 days after delivery to return or exchange your order that you have purchased directly from the Agnusvita eshop. Agnusvita will not refund the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of Agnusvita providing product that is damaged, or different than the product you ordered.

Agnusvita will not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

1. Items shipped back to Agnusvita after 30 days from delivery.

2. Products that have been opened, unsealed, have their tags removed, are not in their original condition, are damaged or show signs of use.

To RETURN an item for a refund or exchange, please send the item in its original packaging, along with an explanation of the issue and whether you are requesting a refund or exchange. Be sure to include your name, address, daytime phone number, email address, and your original order number. Please send the package via a registered or insured shipping method as Agnusvita will not be responsible for lost or misdirected packages Returns of orders sent from Greece to European countries if you have mistakenly purchased a game or purchased a wrong game there will be no refunds.
